At Binjal, we are committed to delivering high-quality, pure, and hygienically packed spices. Due to the nature of our products being consumable food items, we follow strict safety and hygiene standards.

Returns on Consumable Goods
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been dispatched. This policy ensures that every customer receives products that are safe, uncontaminated, and of the highest quality.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, packaging is compromised, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at Binjalmasale@gmail.com with your order number

  • Attach clear photographs of the product and outer packaging

Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed or dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our shipping partners, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
